I started playing music at a young age. As a young teenager, I played bass guitar in a number of punk bands. At some point I discovered electronic music and started DJing Breaks under the name Dre Styles and then eventually drum and bass under the name Funktipuss Jones. I produced hiphop beats with some friends from the neighborhood and also worked on dark synth projects… Creatively, I was all over the place and I loved it. I still do.
